We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our resort management team in Gazipur.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.

Prior experience in a reputable resort, hotel, or hospitality company is mandatory.

Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.

Ability to oversee daily resort operations, guest satisfaction, staff performance, and service quality.

Salary: BDT 80,000 – 100,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
